If you need one your welcome to it. I have a spare manifold we can use to test with. Fixing the electrical guage is not hard.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rocketcityrockcrawlers.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=128" rel="nofollow">cj8lvr</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> Quickie temp guage<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 November 2008 at 8:43pm<br /><br />Jeep CJ has no valve.&nbsp; Constant flow of coolant into the cab all the time.&nbsp; The inside of that heater/AIR box just has baffles that redirect the air - like Steve said.&nbsp; <br>With that being said, I think the whole heater core getting coolant issue is a moot point here guys.&nbsp; I'm with Steve on the whole get it in the block opinion.&nbsp; Actually, on that 304, there should be a temperature sending unit mounted in the intake manifold somewhere.&nbsp; That ought to be all you need.<br>]]>

Your temp&nbsp; controler only&nbsp;moves &nbsp;the damper that directs air thru or by-passes the core. There's not a unused manifold plug you could use?&nbsp;I like my temp sensor in the block.]]>
