How did the world survive all of the horse and buggy traffic and early auto traffic from the 1800s to the time when we paved the first road?  I especially like the part about elk distancing themselves a half mile from the nearest human activity, and the poulation numbers declining.  I have seen elk bed down within spitting distance of forest service roads in Colorado, and all game animal population numbers are higher now than when Lewis and Clark were exploring this land.  Why?  Hunting licence fees and groups like Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation pouring money into preservation. 

Sorry about that tangent but come on what's next, restrictions on commercial airline flight paths due to vapor trails obscuring picturesque landscape views?  Keep on fighting the good fight!

I think I heard something about corralling humans to the cities and making wilderness off limits to human traffic. Or how about a collective farm. A place for everyone and everyone has a place compliments of our dear leader.
