Current by-laws state: "Applicants for membership must be eighteen years of age and older, must hold a valid drivers license and must show a minimum of liability insurance coverage on their vehicles. Applicants sixteen to seventeen years of age must have a parent sign permission to become a member, as well as, have a valid drivers license and must show a minimum of liability insurance coverage on their vehicles." |
