One location for everything guns??

   I am looking to purchase a couple firearms and am not familiar with AL firearms law.
Is there a site I can go to that has info. about private purchase from an out of state resident as well as purchase from an in state resident, not a gun dealer?

I have a very good friend of mine in AZ who has a brand new, still in the box AR15.  I know him and I know the gun has never even been fired so it has not been used in the commission of a crime.  I will be flying to AZ in a couple weeks and was going to buy the gun and fly it home with me.  He tells me that AZ only requires a Bill of Sale and not the 4473 form since he is not a dealer.  I've had a couple people tell me it's illegal to buy a firearm from out of state like that but it doesnt seem right to me.

Any suggestions?
