This is a move that we will regret. This was discussed a while back in Car and Driver. According to what I recall, the Cali plan will ultimately result in the demise of the internal combustion engine....since their intent is to classify CO2 as a polutant.
But wait, if CO2 is a pollutant, maybe we can make the case that Pelosi and Feinstein and some of those other lunatics from out there are polluting any time they open their mouth.
