Even as a 'non-Jeeper' I hate to see such a good vehicle line get trashed like that.

Its actually a re-badged Alfa Romeo SUV, according to Jalopnik, based on the Dodge Dart.  Alfa Romeo at one time was something like 51% owned by Mohmar Kaddafy (spelling?).  He is now dead.  Jeep may be also, dunno.  Oh how the mighty have fallen.  Toyota, on the other hand, seems to be doing well.

it looks exactly the same as my wife's  kia sorento.  about the same size, same kind of drivetrain, same suspension, same FWD until you activate 4x4....

My wife's Kia came with a better warranty and was 10 grand cheaper....  What exactly are they going to compete on?
