hey ya'll,

born and raised in h'ville moved to austin 6 years ago with lowered miata (race car).  Moved back with lifted yota ('85 toy 4-5 inch lift locked in rear mazda spring conv. in rear shackles and hand me down 35 m/ts).  Was active wheeler in tex not the most built rig, as I gather from pics and discussion, but fairly capable.  interested in playing with rocks mostly but hard pressed to keep out of the mud.  Anyway wondering if there's any places to play around locally or if all the legal stuff is out of town.  Aparently just missed this months meeting.  Looking forward to meeting ya'll and gettin my tires dirty again.  If anyone knows a place near south Huntsville and could show me write me back it doesn't have to be too easy or too hard just to get to know some of ya' and get an idea of how the events go.  The hill climb looked like fun. By the way, I dont seek to destroy my truck but it has already earned the designation of my beater.  which will be quite evedent when you see it.

Welcome back to Bama. It has been a bad year for local trails, as usual a few idiots have cost us all of our "local" trails. People in the club are working to get something going. Anyway, I'm sure others will welcome you too.   JC
