Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Draft Envrionmental Impact Statement (DEIS) is available for public access and comment. The Department of the Navy and the Marine Corps has opened up the Public Comment Period starting Feb 28 with the publishing of the DEIS. Links are as follows.
