	Doc, I think the Car and Driver article is definitely on the money! Unfortunately, I believe their opinion that it won't cost us anything more in taxes if no one participates, is false. The money will still come out of our hide and be spent "somewhere". That's the way our current administration rolls, in my opinion. ~Sean
